This role ensures that all facilities are efficiently managed, safe, compliant with regulations, and meet the operational needs of the organization to deliver outstanding employee working conditions and customer experience.What you will doManage and oversee the maintenance activities of all facilities in the region, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of equipment and systems.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, troubleshooting issues and coordinating repairs as necessary.Manage and monitor budgets for each facility, forecasting expenses, and allocating resources appropriately.Optimize space utilization across facilities to support operational needs and maximize efficiency.Coordinate office relocations, expansions, or consolidations as necessary, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Supervise and provide guidance to the team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.Required skills to be successfulBachelor's degree in business management or a relevant field.At least 1 year of experience managing facilities and handling projects.Strong organizational and project management skills.Proficient in managing multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.What equips you for the roleKnowledge of the facilities and their operational requirements in the UAE is preferable.Ability to lead initiatives and manage teams from different countries.Capable of understanding and integrating strategic business goals in facilities activities.Skillful in handling sensitive situations diplomatically, especially when dealing with business requirements regarding facilities and external parties.Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
