Senior Contracts Administrator

Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager and responsible for all aspects ofthe Post-Contract Administration of a number of Consultancy and ConstructionContracts to a major infrastructure development programme.The Role• Performance of the contracts administration aspects of a set of projects as part ofthe programme management consultant's role on a major programme of infrastructure development works .• lnterfaces with all teams to meet overall program deliverables• Oversees preparation of progress payments, plus Final Accounts, for Consultants and Contractors; Monitoring and processing Variation Orders and Addenda;• Drafting Contractual correspondence; Drafting and maintaining periodic commercial and Contractual reports; Drafting Weekly and Monthly Reports• Reporting on contract administration performance of Consultants and Contractors. • Successful post-contract administration of major infrastructure projects• Claims experience• 10 + years post graduate experience• Experience of leading teams• Strong negotiation skills• Experienced user of MS Office and project management software• Undergraduate degree or membership of a recognised lnternational Professional Body e.g. MRICS• Experience in international contracting mechanisms e.g. FIDIC• Excellent English-language written and oral communication skills About The Company The name MENASA originates from both the geographical region of Middle East, North Africa & South Asia as well as the Arabic word for "platform" or "stage".
