Job Description
- Evaluate, implement, and manage security tools and technologies to enhance application security posture.
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments of the software products, identifying vulnerabilities, and prioritize resolutions and mitigation efforts.
- Perform code reviews, and security audits to ensure applications adhere to security best practices.
- Ensure applications comply with relevant security standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Promote security awareness and best practices among the technical team through training, workshops, and communication.
- Lead incident response activities in the event of security incidents, including investigation, containment, and recovery.
- Allocate resources for security initiatives, including tools, training, and team members.
- Assess the cost-effectiveness of security solutions and services, balancing budget constraints with security requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to technical team members on security-related matters.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional development and growth in the field of application security.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to team members to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Continuously assess and improve product security processes and practices to enhance customer satisfaction and trust in the organization's security capabilities.

Job Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Years of Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application security, with progressively increasing responsibilities.
