Incredible Opportunity to work for one of the largest oil companies in the World. Interview workshop being held by the client in Malaysia from 1st December 2024 for 1 week. Candidates need to be based in Malaysia or Indonesia currently. Job Title: Inspection Supervisor Location: Saudi Arabia Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Inspection Supervisor with a strong background in refinery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inspection activities to ensure the integrity, safety, and compliance of refinery equipment and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate inspection activities, including non-destructive testing (NDT) and visual inspections.
  2. Develop and implement inspection plans and schedules for refinery equipment and systems.
  3. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for inspection processes.
  4. Analyze inspection data to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to address inspection findings and ensure timely repairs.
  6. Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance on inspection techniques and best practices.
  8. Train and mentor junior staff on inspection procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in inspection within a refinery setting.
  3. Strong knowledge of inspection methods, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Proficiency in using inspection tools and software.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Certification in relevant inspection standards (e.g., API, NACE) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Advanced degree in a related field.
  2. Experience with risk-based inspection (RBI) methodologies.
