Job Location:United States of America (USA) | Remote Job Title:Digital Impact Architect – Digital Professional Services Years of Experience:10-15 Years Job Description:As a Digital Impact Architect – Digital Professional Services for Xerago, your primary focus will be on creating and presenting compelling professional services and technical architectural solution propositions to drive new professional services business within a defined market. With a blend of business, technical, and sales skills this pre-sales expert role will partner with Xerago Sales Account Executive/Directors to engage with new prospects or existing customers to understand, translate, and create a roadmap for driving increased digital impact and value realization from their current digital investments. This role will interact strategically with the Xerago services sales support teams and broader Xerago solutions and delivery ecosystem. What you’ll be responsible for:Operate in a fast-paced environment while being responsible for driving the solutioning of key strategic opportunities with our prospects or existing customers which includes, identification of the right technology stack, defining data structures, and planning integrations. Work closely with customer architects, business owners, and technical stakeholders to build trust and establish credibility. Plan and lead discovery sessions or workshops to uncover their needs, identify business objectives, and define their challenges to be solved. Problem-solve, build strategies, and create innovative solutions across people, process, and technology uniquely tailored to unlocking digital impact value for the customer. Lead in creating and presenting robust, holistic professional services responses and proposals including professional services documented scope, delivery staffing, sequenced roadmaps, risks/dependencies, and customer responsibilities to deliver against their objectives. Present professional services proposals to executive-level customers, across marketing, technology, and finance functions, in a clear and compelling way linking investments to business capabilities and outcomes delivered. Proactively engage and communicate to align expectations of internal Xerago teams and resources to support solutioning needs for customers as supported by the Xerago Sales Account Executive/Director. Identify high value use cases and integrated solution architectures patterns for scale and repeatability. Ensure that various marketing technology systems and tools can seamlessly integrated, communicate and share data. This involves designing APIs and integrations that allow data to flow between different platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing campaign tools, customer data platforms, and data warehouses. Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies, evaluating and recommending new technologies that could benefit the company. Requirements:10-15 years of experience working in management consulting or consulting within a technology company / product vendor with enterprise, solution/application architect, systems integrator, or equivalent pre-sales experience. Possess and demonstrate superlative executive presence and gravitas to traverse technical and business domains with exceptional communication skills. High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies to solve tailored and unique business problems. Significant experience in architecting professional services solutions around implementing and optimizing digital experience technology. Proficient in identifying and defining digital impact use cases and value drivers in the domains of analytics, campaigns, content management, commerce, data platforms, optimization, personalization, and UX/UI. Maintains a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of two or more marketing technologies supported by Xerago inclusive of Acquia, Acoustic, Adobe, IBM, Salesforce, SAS, and Unica. Possess a deep understanding of marketing technology and operations industry trends, business practices, and competitive landscape. Strong understanding on compliance requirements with industry regulations and data security standards. Demonstrate the ability to develop and communicate a compelling value-based vision that resonates with customers based on their business priorities, highlighting the value of Xerago's capabilities and solutions. Exhibit passion and energy both externally with customers and internally with cross-functional teams with strong collaborative approach. Demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team. Exhibit a strong attention to detail with effective planning and time management skills.
