Job Title: ETL Developer with Power BI Expertise Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Developer with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust ETL processes and expertise in Power BI for data visualization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the organization’s data management and reporting initiatives, ensuring seamless data integration, transformation, and insightful business intelligence reporting. Key Responsibilities: ETL Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines and workflows for high efficiency and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data integration.

Data Modeling and Integration:

• Collaborate with data architects and analysts to define and implement data models that support business needs.
• Integrate data from multiple sources such as databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.

Power BI Development:

• Create and maintain visually compelling dashboards and reports in Power BI based on business requirements.
• Develop data models and measures using DAX to support dynamic reporting.
• Provide insights and analysis through interactive dashboards to assist in decision-making.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Power BI solutions.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and IT teams.
• Document ETL and Power BI processes, workflows, and solutions for future reference.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
• Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, Informatica, etc.).
• Expertise in Power BI for data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of database management systems, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience with DAX, Power Query, and other Power BI components.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
