We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused HR, Culture, and Performance Lead to champion our company's culture, manage all human resources functions, and optimize operational performance as we scale our startup across international markets. This role will be crucial in recruiting and retaining top talent, fostering a thriving work environment, and driving employee engagement and performance. As our operations leader, you will also oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless functioning across the organisation.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices that support the growth and scalability of the organization across multiple markets.Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.Supervise employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and negotiation of union contracts and collective bargaining agreements.Oversee employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market standards and employee satisfaction.Conduct training sessions and onboarding for new hires and continuous development programs for seasoned employees.Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, health, and safety regulations, and develop health and safety programs to ensure employee well-being.Develop workforce planning strategies to meet organisational growth and operational goals.Foster a positive and inclusive company culture aligned with our mission, values, and business objectives, driving engagement and satisfaction across all teams.Oversee employee performance management processes, including setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and supporting professional development.Implement employee engagement and recognition programs to create a high-performance work environment.Use performance metrics such as productivity, quality of work, absenteeism, overtime hours, and employee satisfaction to evaluate and improve employee performance.Monitor employee satisfaction and turnover rates, and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.Manage day-to-day operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and general administrative tasks, ensuring smooth organisational functioning.Conduct regular risk assessments, maintain accident records, and implement health and safety programs to ensure a safe workplace.Oversee compliance with corporate policies and safety standards, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulations.Manage operations metrics, such as operational expenses, accounts receivable turnover, and staff time utilisation, to ensure efficient and effective operational performance.Develop clear and connected operational measures, dashboards, and executive summaries to communicate key themes, variances, and opportunities.Partner with cross-functional teams, including digital and IT partners, to define and implement a robust program for connected operations performance information.Generate insights from diverse sources, both internal and external, to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead ad hoc projects and initiatives, including reporting, issue resolution, strategy development, and new management routines.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
