We hold many covetedpeople and brand industry awards, and we want you to help us add another awardto our trophy cabinet!Are you Genuine, Confident and Committed?We are looking for a highly optimistic anddriven Sales Executive who will be accountable for providing overall support todeliver the sales strategic business plan and achieve the company vision andobjectives.Working closely with the Sales Managers, thesuccessful candidate is responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:Be accountable for supporting the delivery of the sales strategic business planand individual sales plans for all managed segments whilst supporting theoverall vision and objectives.Effectively develop and manage professional client relationships, with the sales managersusing an aligned strategic and planned approach to maximise growth.Ensure adherence to all company policies, processes, standards, and legalrequirements, and successfully deliver results for all internal and externalaudits or reviews.Ensure that all legal and compliance processes are followed diligently, and rates areapplied correctly for each client to minimise any risk to the business.Support with phone-based account management, reporting and debt management.Drive a sales culture, participating and coordinating campaigns to drive revenue.Be an ambassador of the brand and position the company as high-value and high-qualityhotel provider.Support driving a sales culture across the business which sits within our core valuesand business principles.What are we looking for?Education and Experience:Ideally your background will be from the hotel industry with 1-year previous sales orreservations experience.Preferably with full knowledge of the sales process, strategies, business development andaccount management.Bachelor Degree in Sales is an advantage.Skills and Competencies:Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).Knowledge of Opera (PMS).Must have Qatar Driving License.Be energetic, target driven, passionate about people, process and sales.High level of MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Excellent time management, problem solving and analytical skills.Team Player with ability to work in a multinational environment.Responsible - takes initiative and exercises good judgment.Proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure.Efficient, calm and organized with great attention to detail.What we offerAt Premier Inn, you will have a competitivebenefits package, rewards and recognition.
