Officer-HR (Qatari Nationals)Amiri Flight Location: Doha, QatarCategory: Corporate & CommercialJob Id: 2400009JClosing Date: 18-11-2024JOB DESCRIPTIONOfficer HR will be responsible for providing a range of HR services support to all departments, assisting in the day-to-day operations of HR functions, and acting as a primary contact for Line Managers and employees across all people matters.Duties include but are not limited to:Maintain employee files (manual and electronic) to ensure accuracy and compliance.Provide HR services support to all Amiri Flight departments and assist in day-to-day HR operations.Work closely with all employees in a consultancy role, assisting Line Managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.Keep all records for the entire employment cycle in compliance with applicable Government laws and HR policies.Prepare day-to-day memos and letters related to resignation, termination, retirement, promotion, salary increments, or any general requests concerning employees.Arrange joining ticket requests, repatriation tickets, and cargo during employees' separation.Update, maintain, and administer all types of leave records in the HR system.Ensure that employee records are up to date in HRMS and other HR-related support systems.Administer employment records and related documents, ensuring compliance with HR policies.Coordinate with Payroll, Recruitment, Immigration, and other stakeholders.Represent HR for investigation meetings and prepare minutes, statements, and reports.Prepare complex written materials including witness statements, interview notes, decision logs, and final investigation reports.Act as a first point of contact in HR between employees and management to provide assistance for their welfare.Respond to employees on HR policy and procedure-related queries.Monitor employee attendance and related queries as per HR policy.Prepare Purchase Requests (Business cards or any general request).Update required data of the files for uploading to the Government Portal.QualificationsThe successful candidate should have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent.Minimum three (3) years of job-related experience.Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential for this role.Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.High level of sensitivity and professionalism.Strong interpersonal and team working skills.Knowledge of Human Resources Law and Qatar Labour Law.
