The Senior Technical Consultant role
As a Senior Technical Consultant at Traxion, you'll play a key role in implementing and configuring identity management solutions for our clients. Your initial focus is on helping customers in transitioning their SAP IDM systems to modern IGA ecosystems. This will involve a deep dive into existing setups to create seamless migration strategies that comply with specific requirements and regulations. With time, you will also be supporting customer implementations across a variety of IGA systems. Collaborating closely with Business Consultants, developers, and Sales, you will offer expert technical advice and tackle complex challenges to secure our customers' data and systems.
Central responsibilities include:
Requirements analysis & design: lead and actively contribute to map out customer requirements and provide custom IGA solution designs suited to their needs
Implementation & configuration: IGA solution implementation, technical assessments, identification of security risks & vulnerabilities, application onboarding
Technical guidance: provide subject matter expertise on IGA-related topics, including trainings and workshops for our customers
Documentation: create and maintain IGA-related solutions and respective process documentation
Mentoring: proactive knowledge sharing and coaching of less experienced colleagues in the IGA unit
Self-development: staying up to date with the latest developments in your field (including relevant field- and vendor certifications, i.e., Entra ID Governance, Sailpoint, Omada) - we will provide you with paid time and (financial) resources to do so!
What you'll bring to the position
In terms of experience, we're ideally looking for someone who meets the criteria listed below. However, if you have a gap in your knowledge but believe you're the right person for the role, we welcome your application.
You have ample experience in:
Working in similar (technical) consulting / system administration roles with SAP IDM.
Translating business requirements into technical requirements
Reverse engineering technical identity processes in existing IGA systems.
Coordinating and executing tool implementations
Working within the IGA landscape, including deep knowledge of and experience working with SAP IDM.
Networking infrastructure & segmentations (i.e., Azure, Active Directory, SQL)
Standard protocols (i.e., SCIM, REST, SOAP)
Mentoring less experienced colleagues
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
You are a collaborative, proactive and (creative) problem solver and independent thinker who brings high accountability, values quality and has a continuous learning mindset
You are available 32-40 hours per week
You already live in and hold a valid permit to work in the Netherlands
You have a valid EU Driver's License
Bonus: Certified in CompTIA Security+, CISSP, SAP Identity Management, MS Entra, or IGA vendors
