In this position, you will be leading and training our European Sales Team while also being responsible for forecasting, tracking of market developments and sales planning.Key Responsibilities Be the driver for growth in Europe Act as sponsor in the sales process of key target clients where the process can be accelerated or hurdles can be overcome Conduct and lead regular 1-on-1s and team meetings, as well as performance reviews and annual appraisals with direct reports Coordinate and prioritize goals and projects within your team in the context of the company vision and objectives Create, inspire, and foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture within your team and across team borders Participate and support global industry events Ensure a high, steady, and quality output of your team and measure performance continuously Increase effectiveness and efficiency of team activities, generating more output with less input through better processes, tools, and training Inspire motivation in team members and across team borders Mentor your team members on how to become more proficient in their functions and solve their problems Provide regular reporting and insights into your field to stakeholders Recruit and train personnel in your team Identify areas for process improvement and provide solutions on how to improve such areas Support overall budgeting process and provide budget data for your team Define and manage KPIs for your team(s) to ensure the achievement of long-term objectives Qualifications Is able to demonstrate previous track record in terms of profitable business growth Has strong communication skills and communicates effectively to their team members Is able to communicate and anchor company vision and objectives Is capable of and experienced in conflict resolution within their teams Ability for creating a compelling business case, value selling, and consultative selling capabilities Ability to create relations for BDs through high-level introduction with pharma, freight forwarding, and airlines on a global level Ability to map the client and understand their organization and their decision-making priorities Comfortable and effective while presenting to senior management and C-level (internal & external) Detailed understanding of pharmaceutical transport regulations and how to leverage them in favor of SkyCell (e.g., GDP, GMP, IATA, and more) Well-connected throughout pharma, freight forwarding, and airlines Benefits Flexible working hours for work/life balance Interdisciplinary and varied projects Diverse and global work culture/environment Possibility to work for an environmentally conscious company Unique opportunity to actively shape processes Why SkyCell:We are looking for people who challenge the status quo and thrive on making a difference to people and the world around us. That's where our Operations team plays a pivotal role and you could be a part of it.Our Operations Team is responsible for the Transportation, Warehousing and Logistics Procurement part of SkyCell. We ensure that SkyCell containers always perform to their best by coordinating processes with the Service Centers and Positioning partners. We are monitoring each unit closely through our global network of Service Centers and partners that are carefully evaluated and trained in all relevant processes. Furthermore, we make sure that our units are available at any time, at any destination as per our customer's needs. We manage actively our reverse logistics, taking into consideration costs, lead time and Service Center capabilities. We build up customs processes and optimize our growing network on a regular basis.
