We are currently working with a reputable organisation in the Logistics Sector, looking to add additional expertise into the team. The business embodies a good work ethic, they are high performing and fast paced with a close-knit culture. This is a newly created position, in order to manage an outsourced payroll function. - Hybrid, working from home flexibility
- Flexible Office location Inner City or Western Suburbs with parking on-site
- Initially worked alongside the project specialist for the implementation and transition from old system to ADP
- Act as the conduit between the business and outsourced provider
- Manage the payroll function
- Problem solve and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Plan process improvements - people, systems and processes
- Assist with system upgrades, new releases & configuration changes as needed.
- Ensure smooth payroll functionality alongside the system transition
- Provide support to the internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of ADP is essential
- Strong payroll technical abilities
- Proven experience in managing a payroll function
- Proven experience with multi site and time clock experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve system errors, and maintain the system, ensuring a smooth function
- Excellent experience across complex EBA's & legislative requirements
- Strong rapport building in both written and verbal with internal and external stakeholders
