The Role We’re on the lookout for a motivated Customer Success Engineer who’s passionate about Electronics, eager to solve complex problems, has attention to detail and ready to ride the GenAI wave. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our AI tools deliver seamless, high-quality experiences. You’ll work closely with our cross-functional teams, troubleshoot customer issues, and provide insights to continuously elevate the performance of our enterprise copilots. What You’ll Do
- Perform deep-dive QA testing on our tools to evaluate their quality, scalability, and areas for improvement.
- Triage, debug, and perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) on customer-reported issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
- Analyze detailed Electronics datasheets, product information, app notes, benchmarks for specific details.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date QA reports that highlight performance insights and improvement areas.
- Engage directly with customers to resolve issues and ensure they’re getting the most from our products.
- Contribute towards creating and maintaining relevant documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Communication Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of QA/testing experience with strong debugging and triaging skills.
- Strong foundation in Electronics/Embedded systems/Networking systems (2-3 years of experience).
- Ability to quickly extract relevant info from technical docs (e.g., datasheets).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with tools like VSCode, command line, Git, Python/scripting.
- Customer engagement experience for issue resolution and updates.
- Experience with ChatGPT prompt engineering is a plus.
- Bonus: Experience creating customer engagement content (newsletters, updates) is a nice-to-have!
