Manthan Publication is seeking a driven and dedicated Area Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our publications, building strong relationships with educational institutions, distributors, and retail outlets in Karnataka. This remote position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to make an impact in the educational publishing sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned areas.
- Identify and establish new distribution channels, schools, and institutional partnerships.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated with trends, competition, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support to clients.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in educational publishing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve targets.
- Familiarity with the Karnataka market is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
