As Spa Therapist Team Leader, we rely on you:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate spa therapists, ensuring high standards in service and performance, while managing schedules and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards; manage inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed, while ensuring compliance with health regulations and spa protocols.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure a personalized, high-quality experience for every guest.
  • Ensure compliance with local health regulations and spa protocols for safety and operational excellence.
  • Promote spa services, upsell treatments, and implement strategies to drive revenue and meet targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatment schedules, staff attendance, guest preferences, and inventory.
  • Ensure smooth booking operations, minimize guest wait times, and prepare reports on spa performance, guest satisfaction, and team performance for management.
Requirements:
  • Certification in spa therapy or related field (massage, beauty, wellness)
  • Proficient in oral and written English and Malay.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a spa therapist, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team management and guest service.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints and feedback.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and health & safety regulations.
  • Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
