Job details
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Prepare shipping documents such as Tax Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.
- Process trade and shipping documents approval and issuance through different government portals like Dubai Municipality, Dubai Trade, Dubai Customs, and related sites.
- Plan and track shipments according to customer requirements
- Monitor safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels
- Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility
- Preferably a Logistics Management or Shipping course graduate or has a minimum of 2 years of experience in UAE logistics/shipping/cargo forwarding companies
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
