The DGU Transformation Office is looking to recruit a Transformation Analyst.EDP is a global energy group present in around 30 markets with a particular emphasis on renewable energies. With more than 13,000 employees around the world, we are committed to using our energy and heart to drive a better tomorrow.What you will do:Ability to use storytelling to engage and motivate the team and stakeholders about transformation initiatives;Support the transformation team in continuous improvement and innovation projects;Assist in gathering and analysing data to identify improvement opportunities;Participate in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders;Collaborate on the documentation of processes and best practices;Contribute to the management of project timelines and activities;Conduct market research and benchmarking to support transformation initiatives;Assist with internal communication regarding ongoing projects.Employment type: Full-TimeWork site: Hybrid ModelWhat are we looking for:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field;Up to 3 years of professional experience in internships or projects related to organizational transformation is an advantage;Basic knowledge of project management and agile methodologies;Basic knowledge of design thinking and innovation;Skills in data analysis, presentation tools, and internal communication;Strong verbal and written communication skills;Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.More than academic knowledge and technical skills, we are looking for ambitious people who are enthusiastic about the future and who bring human skills aligned with our purpose.Equal opportunities for allOur vision is that each person combines their unique characteristics and experiences to fulfill our mission of creating new energy for the planet.
