Sales in 2016/17 were approximately 37 billion Euro.Job DescriptionKeep a strong control over daily stock maintenance by continuous monitoring of inventory, shrinkage, stock availability to guarantee and create the optimum stock performance in quality, quantity and safety targeting customer segments and following the company strategy, and to create the right base for reordering.Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts, technology and functionality to pave their way towards the successful achievement of the functional objectives of the team.Play a role in the enhancement of the technical skill set of an individual and improving the growth of an individual towards positive attitude.Responsible for presentation of products according to Planogram.Address customer complaints to understand customers' needs and expectations, and to propose solutions.Perform weekly, monthly and annual inventory management to have the right stock for the right customer at the right time, and to maximize the ROS.Visit competitors to check price, assortment, merchandising, services, competitor activities and to give feedback on the competition to buying.Communicate with Buyers and Logistics to provide buyers with information on customers, competitors, suppliers, and to solve specific issues and to provide Logistics with feedback about delivery, quality, etc.Keep track of expired products during & after stock deliveries in coordination with store associates.Ensure 10% new customer development every year.Ensure 100% product shelf viability in the department.Qualifications

Intermediate (with 6+ years' work experience) or Graduation (with less than 6 years' work experience).Additional InformationStrong communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.Effective analytical and decision-making skills.Result-oriented and customer-focused mindset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
