Job details
Responsibilities:
Supervision and review of deduction of withholding income tax and ensure that correct amount is deposited into government treasury.
Assist Head of treasury department in formulating responses to notices issued by tax officers.
Checking of sales tax and withholding tax on scrap sales.
Assist other sections of finance & other departments regarding tax-related queries.
Supervision of review of filing federal and provincial sales tax returns.
Filing of annual income tax return.
