Altamash Hospital, Clifton Block 1, Karachi, is seeking a Manager/Head of Human Resources who will be responsible for supervising all HR-related matters of the hospital.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment, selection, and retention processes.
Qualifications:
MBA with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a tertiary care hospital.
Well-versed with HMIS.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
Maximum age of 45 years, preferably a resident of the southern part of Karachi.
