Quality Manager Vital Health Foods 2023-08-11 Atlantis Job Ref #: VIT-317 Industry: Manufacturing Job Type: Permanent Positions Available: 1 To maintain constant and continuous high level of quality monitoring to ensure that all products, procedures and services comply with legal specifications from design to distribution of final product. To implement and comply with BRC, HACCP and Food Safety standards to ensure that products of the highest efficacy, quality, safety and legality are produced. Job Description Responsibilities: Be involved in the establishment of policies and procedures Ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) is regularly reviewed and updated Conduct internal, external and third party audits, compile corrective action plans and follow up on completion Manage and investigate non-conformances Ensure corrective action/recommendations are coordinated and implemented in consultation with stakeholders Compile monthly reports and reports of audits Review customer QC requirements and ensure that QC documentation meets requirements Conduct statistical analysis of QC data and report on trends Identify improvement opportunities and implement in consultation with stakeholders Ability to evaluate data and identify issues, recommend, own and drive performance improvement areas for internal and external customers Manage quality department and budget control. Job Requirements National Diploma in Food Technology Sound knowledge of BRC food safety requirements Minimum 5 years quality management in a food manufacturing environment Previous experience in a FMCG environment Closing date: 25 August 2023 Kindly note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
