Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Full time An opportunity to play a vital role in growing a healthcare software portfolio across multiple global regions. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role offers the opportunity to not only foster existing Australian-based enterprise account relationships but also to drive new sales within the hospital sector. Success in this role will result in expansion to other industries and internationally. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of clinical experience, technical acumen, and enterprise sales expertise to effectively cater to the specialised needs of our clients. The Highlights

Responsibilities
  • Enterprise sales:
    • Drive sales campaigns for new accounts and strategic initiatives for account growth
    • Manage existing pipeline of contacts and convert them into customers
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including market analysis, target client identification, and sales pitch customisation
    • Engage with new leads to build up a lead pipeline
  • Enterprise account management:
    • Build rapport with existing customers, optimising for retention and upsell opportunities.
    • Understand and anticipate client needs, providing customised solutions and seamless support to ensure the highest level of satisfaction
    • Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for the expansion of services
    • Serve as a liaison between clients and Modeus' support, product, and technical teams, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Partnership management:
    • Develop a trusted relationship with key stakeholders across partner organisations
    • Look for collaboration opportunities, optimising for additional revenue
    • Negotiate and manage contracts
    • Reporting across a suite of products
  • Customer advocacy:
    • Gather user experience and product functionality feedback from existing customers.
    • Work with product managers to inform the product roadmap.
Minimum Requirements
  • A minimum 5 years professional experience in a similar role, preferably customer-facing in the software/healthcare industry
  • A clinical background (pharmacy or nursing preferred) combined with experience in enterprise or health sector sales.
  • Track record of managing large accounts and meeting sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of, or experience within the healthtech landscape, specifically hospitals
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
  • Experience in local and international environments
