We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Sales Administration Assistant who thrives under pressure and is eager to build a sustainable career! This role could be a great opportunity for someone in an administrative role who is looking to progress in a high performing and fast paced team whilst working in a dynamic, fun, and rewarding environment. This is a full-time position and requires the candidate to work Monday- Friday. The duties in this role include but are not limited to the following:
- High level administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity;
- Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy;
- Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management;
- Provision of weekly vendor reports for the agent's listings;
- Self-managing day to day tasks;
- Providing professional communications to clients and providing a positive end to end experience.
- At least 12 months experience within real estate;
- Strong administrative background;
- Has the ability to work well under pressure;
- Is a team player and contributes wherever needed;
- Excellent work ethic and a high attention to detail;
- Exemplary organisation and time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities;
- Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package.
