As a successful Marketing Program Manager, you apply program management and business acumen with a dash of creative problem-solving and bring thought-leadership to every key decision. Your mindset is global and scalable, but your approach is tactical and practical. You’re motivated by the opportunity to make a deep impact through program managing across Global, Region, and Local teams that maximizes the impact of improved cross-functional collaboration. This role is a remote position in Singapore. Key Responsibilities Guide APAC through our Client’s new marketing framework. Be the Champion of the new marketing process within the APAC Regional and Local Teams advocating in partnership with the ambassadors to ensure successful implementation. Identify cross-functional gaps and build new processes, procedures, methods, tests, and/or components with foresight to anticipate and address issues between the Global framework and Regional/Local implementation of the framework. Be the first point of contact for the Global framework, representing questions from APAC Ambassadors on the processes, training, and align with the framework Global Program Manager on prioritization of gaps in the framework. Responsible for taking Global and Regional trainings and building Local versions to operationalize framework implementation across Regional and Local Teams. APAC point of contact on ensuring regional and local teams provide framework feedback at the right time inclusive of all marketing surveys. Ensure feedback is synthesized for common themes and prioritized. Identify and highlight opportunities to automate or utilize AI to streamline the way we work and how we work cross-functionally. Manage parts of the new framework that are still of ambiguous nature involving cross-functional stakeholders by defining and streamlining new processes and organizing tasks into clear goals and objectives. Knowledge, Skills + Experience Long-term strategic thinking balanced with near-term execution skills; high aptitude with the ability to understand complex problems and distill it into a simple, meaningful and coherent story. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Experience working in a highly iterative and collaborative environment. Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and tactfully navigating a client-facing environment. Ability to flexibly thrive in ambiguity and operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, rapidly changing work environment. We thank all applicants in advance for their interest in this position.
