Vacancy in Kuwait: Business Development Executive at Aramex Last update: 11/6/2024 Years of Experience: 3-5 Job location: Kuwait (Al Kuwait) Opportunity description: Aramex is offering a position in Kuwait City, KW as a Business Development Executive. The role aims to achieve substantial financial growth of net new and existing customers by developing relationships and interest in Aramex solutions based on customer requirements. Duties & responsibilities:

  1. Generate and nurture leads in coordination with vertical marketing and field marketing activities to facilitate targeted new revenue growth.
  2. Cultivate leads and foster opportunities within the assigned geographies through a value-based approach.
  3. Manage and expand existing business relationships to ensure targeted and sustainable revenue growth, including exploring additional regions and products.
  4. Understand and analyze the broader picture of customers' business objectives to build profiles and act as a consultant for their business strategies.
  5. Translate customer strategies into meaningful opportunities of value for Aramex.
  6. Present solutions to customers, demonstrating the value proposition for their business and aligning with their goals.
  7. Identify and develop effective relationships with key contacts within targeted customer organizations in respective regions to maximize leverage for Aramex.
  8. Collaborate with the solutions group to define innovative solutions that add value to customers' business operations.
  9. Work closely with account managers to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or any other relevant field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the logistics and shipping industry. Proven track record of attaining organizational and personal sales objectives – Results Oriented. Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in working with global and local leaders to develop short and long-term goals specific to our commercial organization – Results Oriented.
