Job details
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and their sales teams to capture opportunities in all solar segments (Roof, Farm, Float).
- Business Development and Sales Growth: Follow up on new business opportunities, schedule meetings, and increase sales by developing existing channels.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of solar products and technologies, staying current with industry trends.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits with EPCs to assess energy requirements, roof suitability, and sun exposure for optimal solar system design.
- Proposals and Agreements: Provide proposals, presentations, and Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) to customers.
- Customer Engagement: Follow up on customer requirements and prepare appropriate business models.
- Contract Negotiation: Participate in the analysis and negotiation of contract terms, planning, and pricing with EPCs and customers.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee pre-sales, sales, and after-sales processes with EPCs.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferred Experience: Has extensive solar EPC network and existing solar sales experience.
- Education: Diploma holder or higher; qualifications in Engineering/Finance preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years in solar sales.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Computer literate with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Mobility: Own transportation and willingness to travel outstation if required.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management, and ability to present data clearly.
- Work Ethic: Result-oriented and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
