Position Overview: In this role, you will be instrumental in defining the next phase of our growth journey and shaping our strategic direction. You will drive strategy projects and collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and develop actionable strategies to enhance our competitive advantage. You will also be responsible for seeing through the execution of these efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for the energy and mobility sector. A successful candidate should be self-driven, entrepreneurial, proactive, and curious, eager to take initiative and explore new ideas. Key Responsibilities:
- Define strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals to set clear direction for the team.
- Drive the execution of projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables for impactful outcomes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align efforts throughout implementation.
- Regularly update stakeholders with project insights and strategic recommendations, fostering transparency and securing buy-in.
- Establish and track KPIs to assess and enhance strategy effectiveness through data-driven improvements.
- Create and present reports that convey key insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory shifts that could affect the business.
- Track strategic initiative progress to continuously optimize execution and impact.
- Constructively evaluate business and functional team assumptions, scenarios, and constraints.
- MBA from a Tier 1 business school. (ISB, IIMs or equivalent) + Graduation in any field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related fields
- Proven experience in the energy and mobility sectors
- Expertise in working with executive level stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Excel financial modelling and PowerPoint presentations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
