About the role We are looking for self-driven individuals who will work on a holistic HR role of scaling multiple business lines at Emeritus with emphasis on recruiting, HR business partnering & talent management. It is a well-rounded role which will manage the entire employee life cycle of the assigned business unit, including but not limited to - sourcing, attracting, and hiring A+ talent, and acting as a trusted advisor/business partner. The role will have dedicated focus of executing recruitment strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process. Simultaneously, the role will also serve as an HR Business Partner/Advisor for 150+ team members. Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals etc. to source and attract relevant candidates. Proactively reach out to potential candidates and engage them in the recruitment process.
- Review resumes, conduct screening, and assess candidates' alignment for specific roles. Coordinate and conduct interviews, skills assessments, and other evaluation methods as needed.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future job openings. Develop rapport with potential candidates to keep them engaged.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, internal HR team, and other stakeholders to facilitate the recruitment process smoothly. Provide regular updates on recruitment activities, candidate progress, and market trends.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for enhancing the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and other recruitment-related documentation.
- Works closely with the business head and people managers on the department to help drive the people agenda- to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Is adept in working on people data - Owns reporting, dashboards, planning trackers relevant to the business unit.
- Drives change management, process improvements & leads organizational development interventions.
- Drives employee engagement- closely guided by the impact/ action planning of the global engagement surveys.

- 3-7 years of experience in managing Talent acquisition/Recruitment portfolio.
- Exposure to HR Business Partnering and talent management for at least 1 year will be an added bonus.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced set-up.
- Experience of recruiting across levels & functions – Sales, Marketing, Analytics, technology etc. with exposure to innovative recruiting practices.
- Good-to-have but not mandatory - Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, performance management and rewards
- Post-graduation in HR from an institute of repute – Preferred but not mandatory
- Preference for experience in digital consumer, new age/ start-ups, fast paced set ups and rapidly scaling organizations
