KEY MANDATORY AREAS OF EXPERTISE

  1. Executive Education Experience is preferred
  2. L&D Experience – Ability to do TNA & TNI and hold discussions with L&D Heads
  3. B2B Consultative Selling – ability to understand the client challenges – and do consultative SOLUTION selling
  4. Ability to pitch to CHRO's & L&D Heads & Convince Them –
  5. C-Suite/CHRO/L&D - Network Access – Has a fair network of clients especially in TN region is required
We are looking Resources who have may not be from consultative sales background but have good L&D knowledge and good communication and learning agility to pivot to BD in their Career. L&D experience
  • ADDIE – ability to design programs for executives
  • Implement Learning strategies and (LDP/MDP) programs for Senior Leadership
  • Facilitation skills/certified facilitator/coach
  • Various learning methodologies and pedagogies – cater to various learning styles and preferences
Consultative Selling
  • The BD would have to understand the faculty offerings and propose solutions after understanding the client needs (diagnosis) and propose solutions,
  • Demonstrate ability to build long lasting Relationships with clients and understanding and empathizing with challenges clients face
  • Executive presence – ability to inspire trust and confidence from others
  • Communication skills – strong communication skills is paramount - clear, concise, and compelling manner
  • Presentation skills – ability to present effectively on short notice (impromptu), elevator pitch, Actively listen, articulate ideas persuasively
  • Networking Skills - fostering collaboration and alignment and cultivate partnerships with other C-level executives
  • Grooming – Professional appearance, Maintaining a polished, appropriate, and well-groomed appearance that is consistent with the company culture and leadership role
  • Competition information – keeping on top of the latest developments in the industry and also awareness and information on competition and also attend conferences etc
