Job Purpose

The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for maintaining HVAC and mechanical systems to ensure optimal operation. This role involves performing inspection & troubleshooting of failure issues and monitoring day to activities in relation.

Key Accountabilities

Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies and plans to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime. Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of Mechanical & HVAC systems, diagnose problems, and implement solutions to ensure systems operate efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution of maintenance activities Implement energy-efficient designs and practices to reduce operational costs and environmental impact. Prepare and maintain detailed reports, specifications, and documentation. Provide technical support & best practices in addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to HVAC systems. Provide technical expertise and guidance to maintenance personnel on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance procedures Analyze equipment failure data and propose solutions to improve reliability and minimize maintenance costs Review and update maintenance procedures, manuals, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards. Participate in the selection and evaluation of vendors, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance-related services and equipment Leads the Mechanical Maintenance Technicians and ensures a high level of efficiency in the Team.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field. Professional Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook. Excellent Computer Skills (all MS suites) Excellent organizational and time-management skills, Integrity and confidentiality. Experience Requires minimum of 3-8 years of experience in HVAC & Mechanical systems Maintenance. Languages Excellent command of English (writing and speech).
