Minimum Experience:* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical and plumbing within a shopping mall or retail industry.* Diploma in civil/ building maintenance engineering.* Experience within the maintenance services market sector preferably in a corporate office environment demonstrating: sound knowledge of civil and maintenance jobs, workload planning, customer service satisfaction and quality workmanship.Job-Specific Skills:Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if situation demands. Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.Must be well familiar with computer applications and capable of generating & presenting maintenance reports.
