As an Eastern Sands Looking for Philippian male Photographer / Videographer, you are responsible for creating images and videos that show off our clients' listings in their best light, whilst providing the standard of service to our clients and agents that Eastern Sands expects. You will also be responsible for presenting Eastern Sands in their best light in marketing photos and videos.Responsibilities and DutiesCreate beautiful/breathtaking photos and videos of Eastern Sands ListingsWork with the post-shoot processing to ensure a high-quality final productTake employee and Associate Agents photos and videos in accordance with Eastern Sands agent photography specsPhotograph and videograph Eastern Sands events, marketing and PR photos, and any other photos Eastern Sands may needAssist in other, non-photo related areas when requiredRequired Experience/CapabilitiesTwo-plus years of listing or architectural photography and videography experience or trainingExperience with photo and video editing software, Adobe Creative Suite programs, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom & Premiere Pro.Excellent communication skills, both oral and writtenStrong time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skillsFlexible schedule allowing quick response to market needs
