Treasury Analyst (Cash Mangement)

HireForce has been engaged by a multinational manufacturing company who is seeking a Treasury Analyst with a focus on Dealing & Cash Management to join their Treasury function. The Treasury Analyst role is to support the group with internal and external financial market transactions, monitoring of relevant financial markets and exposures while also driving efficiencies in the cash management services provided by the Groups in-house-bank entity. Other duties will include: At all times comply with routines and controls defined by Group Treasury Control Supply FX and liquidity management services to group companies Assist with the cash positioning and forecasting globally within the in-house-bank pooling structures, ensuring adequate liquidity is available to meet obligations as they fall due FX execution of monthly intercompany netting exposures Liaise with regional treasury teams to ensure efficient liquidity management by local market subsidiaries Ensure maximum effective execution of the Groups external currency and interest rate transactions, short term funding and deposits Monitor financial risks while updating the Financial Risk Management Committee (FRMC) on developments related to the Groups FX, counterparty risk and interest rate exposures Execution and reporting of the associated tasks in relation to the employee stock options program Ensuring that the Group have efficient cash pool structures Centralization of group cash, with a focus on restricted or trapped cash Treasury and in-house-bank integration of newly acquired companies Maintain good banking relationships with our core banks Assists the management team and group Treasurer with ad hoc tasks and projects Knowledge, Skills and Experience: A degree in Finance / Accounting or related field Candidate should have 3 years experience working as part of a Treasury Analyst in a similar environment Must be professionally minded, motivated and keen to make a difference in a challenging, dynamic, internationally focused environment where team spirit is emphasized Remuneration Salary depends on experience, Bonus, Pension and Health Insurance.
