Technical Business Development Manager

At SoHHytec we are working towards making the fuel of the future, Hydrogen, a reality of today. Our vision is to realize a sustainable hydrogen economy. We have developed an advanced system which utilizes SoHHytec’s patented technology to convert sunlight and produce Hydrogen (Fuel), Electricity and Heat at the same time achieving system efficiency as high as 85%.   We are currently looking for a motivated, and skilled, Technical Business Developer Manager with energy/deep-tech field experience, to join us in our activities on Solar fuel and power production using concentrated sunlight.   YOU WILL:

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in the development of market and projects for SoHHytec in India.
• Identify, approach and manage relations with the existing and new customers, prospects and partners.
• Further develop the Indian market.
• Create/manage project development.
• Proactively maintain communication channels with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings.
• Create winning proposals and negotiate deals with customers.
• Support SoHHytec’s presence during technical and commercial events.
• Support and work on marketing presentation material for India.

• Bachelors or Master’s engineering degree in chemical, electrical, mechanical, energy, or similar. Preferably an MBA degree.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the field of energy or deep(hardware)-tech in India (pan-India experience).
• The candidate should have experience working in project/account management in the renewable energy market, and/or technical field, particularly some experience in leading these activities on the hydrogen market would be a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate/work on technical topics both orally and in writing.
• Work well independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to deal with the evolving pace of a start-up environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

• Relevant experience in the field of Energy, Oil and Gas or in the field of Hydrogen.
• Relevant experience in Solar based renewable solutions.

• The position will be on-site (in Delhi area) with possibility of starting in Hybrid mode, remote work may be accommodated from time to time when requested.
