About the role We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack .NET Developer to join our growing team based remotely in India. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of highly skilled technologists to develop customer centric, scalable and robust applications, working with a modern tech stack. Candidates must have strong technical knowledge and experience of .NET Core, C#, Vb.Net, ASP.Net, Win Forms, Blazor, HTML, CSS frameworks, JavaScript, Web API’s, Microsoft SQL Server, Entity Framework and Azure. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop, deliver, and maintain a wide range of high-profile, accessible, and compliant .NET applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and test applications to industry standards, adhering to industry best practices
• Perform system and integration testing to ensure product stability and functionality.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation throughout the development process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of best practices, tools and technologies.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of development tools, frameworks, and processes.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to drive the iterative development process.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and engage with the wider technical community to drive your own personal growth.

We are looking for:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• At least 5 years software development experience working in an agile environment, with experience of the full software development lifecycle
• Experience with Vb and c#.Net, WinForms, Blazor, CSS, HTML5, MVC, RESTful and SOAP API
• Experience using SQL Server/SSRS and Entity Framework.
• Enthusiastic about code and product output quality
