Nursery Room Leader | 0-2 yr olds | Castle Hill We are looking for a passionate and inspiring Room Leader to lead our 0-2 year olds in our 109 place service in Castle Hill. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop a strong bond with each family and with other Educators. You will have an evident passion for providing a warm and creative learning environment for our children and making our service the first choice for families in the community. About Us The Whiz Kidz group are family-owned and operated childcare centres in NSW and VIC. Our owners are two sisters, both with young children, who have a passion for quality childcare and early education. This is the ideal that drives Whiz Kidz each and every day. Qualifications & experience:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
• Previous experience working with children from 0-6 years old
• Strong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Approachable and well respected

A few key responsibilities of the role include:

• Developing open communication channels with staff, children, and families of the centre.
• Complying with the centre's policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation, and regulations.
• Assisting children with their daily routines and supporting them in their learning.
• Working in partnership with a team of Educators who provide high-quality early childhood education and care.

The hours of operation are 7am-6.30pm Monday to Friday. These are permanent full-time positions where you will be working 38 hours per week to commence immediately. What’s in it for you?
