The Alexander Technology Group is looking for a Tier II IT Support consultant for our client in Newton. This person will be responsible for providing Tier II support for their clients. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of prior hands-on experience, top notch customer service skills, have experience providing white glove service, and handling escalations from the helpdesk. This is a permanent hire opportunity. Must have a car to travel to clients locally based in MA occasionally and will be onsite in Newton. - 3+ years of IT support experience
- Office 365, Google, etc. background
- Laptop troubleshooting, remote key-in
- Windows service troubleshooting and Installation experience
- Network troubleshooting
- Capable lifting 50lbs.
- Must have good communication skills
- Experience working in professional services is preferred
