( Automotive Industry ) / Have A Valid Singapore's Class 3 Lic
YOUR ROLE;
- Technical Terms Training ( ON-THE-JOB )
- Co-ordinate with Service Providers to Meet Customer’s Demand on Vehicles Standards,
- Raise Technical Query & Quotations.
- Submit Customer Incident Form in System to Address Customer Concern.
- Follow Up with Customer and Solicit Feedback on Repair Including Scheduling for Next Service Appointment.
