Outdoor Sales Executive

Job Title: Risk Modeling Specialist Location: Pune (initially for 5-6 months, then hybrid/remote option available) Notice Period: 0 to 45 days SRF: EXL/SM/542783 Must Have: Risk modeling, Python, SQL (do not share resumes without experience in model development) Good to Have: Machine Learning, Banking Exposure

Responsibilities:

1. 2+ years of prior analytics experience (preferably in risk)
2. SQL & Python proficiency (must have)
3. Good understanding of credit risk models, including application, behavioral, income imputation, and customer stability models
4. End-to-end understanding of model development methodology: feature creation, development, monitoring, and strategy creation
5. Ability to understand client requirements and provide solutions, including developing models and devising strategies
6. Superior verbal and written communication skills with extreme attention to detail
7. Preference for candidates with shorter notice periods or immediate joiners
