We are presently searching for Vice President Marketing, Casino-Hotel.Our client is a Casino-Hotel, located in Montreal, QC, Canada.The casino features sophisticated table games including 1,000 Electronic Gaming Devices and over 80 poker tables. The casino is recognized by poker players internationally as one of the world's premiere poker destinations. The Casino features premiere entertainment events and multiple restaurants, bars and lounges.A brand-new 100 room Hotel is scheduled for opening in early 2025.We are looking for an established Vice President Marketing with a background in Casinos.Short overview:We are seeking an experienced VP Marketing with Casino experience to join our team. The VP Marketing will be responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of the overall marketing plans and overall brand management of the company.The VP Marketing will oversee the integration of traditional & digital advertising, direct mail, social media, public relations, and brand marketing to drive occupancy and revenue specific to the gaming and entertainment, hotel, and food & beverage sectors. This role is critical for expanding our market presence, enhancing player engagement, and boosting profitability through creative marketing.The ideal candidate holds a background in casino marketing and public relations as well as exemplifying outstanding leadership, business development and management skills.Requirements:Minimum 6 years in senior level marketing management role including experience in a Casino Marketing role.Post-secondary degree in communications, marketing, business or public relations.Experienced in leading a marketing team, working on projects from narrative, campaign, product, web and branding assignments.Experience developing creative concepts and marketing plans to achieve business goals.Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.Strong computer knowledge - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.Collaborative skills — has proven experience working creatively with marketers, content strategists, copywriters, producers and other graphic designers to achieve concept goals.Note: It is not essential for the VP Marketing to be bilingual.
