Ideally, you will possess proven experience in managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process for professional roles in Government and Corporate Australia. We have a flexible working environment and although we generally recruit for professional placements, the office culture is non KPI driven, and we don't consider ourselves to have a corporate or salesy culture. You'll bring:

• Ability to source and onboard candidates to meet client business requirements in a rapid candidate to client environment.
• Proven experience liaising with clients.
• A sound history of relationship/client management with the ability to influence and lead your clients to successful talent acquisition outcomes.
• Innovative sourcing methods to attract the right candidates.

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate proven experience in the following:

• Proven capability and an understanding of the procedure-processes required within those sectors.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience navigating FastTrack would be well regarded. And if you are a social media whiz, we would love that too.
