Description of Work:
- Work closely with Program Manager, Gender, and Peacebuilding to support project design and proposal development
- Support the development of project specific work plans and results framework
- Conduct desk review of gender and security issues in the state including the development of context briefing notes
- Search and flag up call for proposals on gender, security and Peacebuilding
- Support M&E staff on the development of project indicators and data collection tools
- Provide technical support on mainstreaming gender and social inclusion into program activities
- Awareness and sensitivity to gender issues
