Organization Description Madhubani Medical College, established in 2018, is dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare to underserved areas. The college is equipped with a 750-bed hospital on campus and is affiliated with Bihar University of Health Sciences, Patna. MMC focuses on academic research, hands-on experience, and offers a range of undergraduate courses in Medicine, Nursing, and allied health sciences. A postgraduate medical program is set to commence in the 2024–2025 academic year. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance cum Site Incharge at Madhubani Medical College. The role involves overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities, managing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with external vendors, and maintaining the overall upkeep of the campus. Qualifications
- Facilities maintenance, Site management, and Safety compliance skills
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
- Experience in coordinating with vendors and contractors
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare facility regulations and protocols
- Minimum 10 years of Experience in Project & Site Maintenance including 02 to 03 years of administrative experience
- B Tech in Civil or Electrical & MBA Facility Management, or related field
