Job Description: We are looking for a Field Botanist for a period of 2-3 months, who will provide full-time support in the execution of a Tree Field Survey, that will generate a comprehensive inventory of the date palms, native and exotic trees. The Survey will also include tagging/retagging of various trees and updating the existing tree inventory. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with HSE, following risk management, and using adequate Personal Protective Equipment.
Participate in the tree tagging activities, which include collection of data from approximately 27,000 trees.
Review and ensure that the data collected within the field app is correctly collected and calibrated.

Qualifications:

BSc or MSc in Botany, Biology, Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Strong English communication skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Willingness to work in the field 5 days a week.
No prior experience is required.
