Nirvana Group of Companies is seeking a Call Center / Telemarketing Team Lead to efficiently deal with clients and manage the team. The ideal candidate must have good English, top team lead and management skills, excellent customer care skills, a clear and friendly telephone voice, good computer skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to work quickly and under pressure, a professional attitude, and be goal-oriented. Salary is negotiable according to skill-set and experience. We require long-term full-time staff with excellent team lead and management skills, proven experience, and a professional attitude.Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of approximately 10 to 20 Service Professionals (CSRs).
- Ensure 100% of Service Professionals (CSRs) meet and/or exceed their overall customer satisfaction and experience, quality, and productivity standards.
- Provide consistent, balanced, and timely performance feedback.
