Devflovv is looking for a proficient and driven ERP Next Consultant/Analyst to become an integral part of our vibrant team. This role holds significant importance in fine-tuning and sustaining our ERP system to elevate our operations. We are looking for an individual with a comprehensive grasp of ERP (Next By Frappe) systems, adeptness in business processes, and excellent collaborative skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams. The ideal candidate will take charge of configuring, tailoring, and resolving issues within the ERP system to align with the organization's requirements and propel productivity and expansion.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an ERP Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful ERP system implementations and support.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and related modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry-specific ERP solutions will be advantageous.
- Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and security.
