وصفJob Title: IT SpecialistLocation: New Industrial Area Company: Artisan District Employment Type: Full-timeWe are seeking an experienced IT Specialist with a strong background in ERP systems. The ideal candidate will excel in high-pressure situations, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills to support our IT infrastructure and enhance our operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain ERP systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Collaborate with various departments to implement and enhance ERP solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP applications promptly.Provide training and technical support to users, ensuring effective ERP utilization.Assist with data migration, system upgrades, and software installations.Monitor system performance and generate reports for management.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in ERP technologies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).Strong knowledge of database management and reporting tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience:ERP system: 3 years (Required)Application Deadline: 30/10/2024
