Business Continuity Manager

The Business Continuity Manager is responsible for leading company-wide contingency planning and business continuity activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build and implement standard risk assessment, business impact analysis and other business continuity tools and capabilities.
Drive and deliver effective business continuity strategies to support and recover the company's critical business and technology functions in times of disaster.
Keep up to date with trends in the macro environment to understand external factors impacting business continuity.
Direct the continuous and regular validation and testing of documented business continuity plans.
Monitor and advise regarding critical technology issues and threats.
Ensure ongoing availability of Disaster recovery facilities, systems, and processes in case of crisis.
Liaise with stakeholders to understand key-person risk and implement contingent measures.
Maintain BCMS ISO 22301 certification by complying with all mandatory requirements and timely closing of any major or minor non-conformities.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Over 3 years of 'relevant experience' in a similar role.
