When you join us, you join a team of 30,000+ people globally that cares about your growth — one that seeks to provide you with exciting projects, opportunities and work with state of the art technologies throughout your career with us.Role: Project Manager - ITSkill: Project and Program ManagementWork location: Doha, QatarExperience: 10+ YearsJob Description10+ years of overall IT experience with around 5+ years in Project ManagementVery good understanding of hands on Technical projects delivery and Scrum team managementAt least 1 end to end Product Implementation experience, (Product in HR domain will be an added advantage)Strong leadership skills with ability to lead and motivate the team to deliver as per the planned timelinesExceptional skills in identifying in a timely manner issues and risks affecting project delivery and coming up with resolution and mitigation actionsGood experience in Agile based delivery.Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders across various units and run effective governance meetingsDiligently manage change request process to ensure any deviation from planned baseline across scope, cost and qualityIndustry leading certifications such as CSM/PMP/Prince2 would be an added advantage
