We are seeking a Corporate Brand Management Strategist to join the Content & Brand Compliance Unit in the Branding & Content Services Division, Communication Content & Channels Department.<br />

The successful candidate will be responsible for brand development, the use and application of strategic and creative skills to create, refine, enhance, and drive brand awareness and protect the integrity of the developed brand. A brand strategist develops position recommendations, guides market research analysis and defines brand elements and tone. A brand strategist will also work together and in conjunction with a brand manager to ensure the organization&#39;s products and services, mission, values, culture and brand image are consistently represented and communicated to all audiences.<br />

- Set business performance goals or KPIs to measure brand perception, interactions, brand awareness, market ROI, competition.<br />
- Work with leadership to establish brand guidelines, metrics, and standards.<br />
- Ensure compliance with brand standards across all media for the proprietary and trademarked brands and designs.<br />
- Design and monitor business performance goals to drive brand awareness.<br />
- Observe and analyze market and competitor trends.<br />
- Monitor the quality and integrity of the brand and services and respond as needed to ensure brand alignment.<br />
- Ability to work with the creative team to bring the strategy into visual execution in alignment with the strategic direction and plan.<br />
- Oversee brand development through the design development to execution and release.<br />
- Work on several projects at once, sometimes under pressure and often tight deadlines.<br />
- Keep up to date with popular culture and trends.<br />
- Liaise with proponents and interpret briefs.<br />
- Present strategic and visual direction to proponents.<br />

&bull; 10-15 years of relevant experience in the natural gas industry or energy sector. Experience in business development or project management is a plus.<br />
&bull; Strong knowledge and understanding of the natural gas market and its key drivers, challenges, opportunities, and risks.<br />
&bull; Proficient in economic modeling, forecasting, and analysis tools and techniques.<br />

<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />

As the successful candidate you will hold Bachelor&#39;s degree in Engineering, Finance or a related field. An MBA is preferred.<br />

You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, data analysis or a related role within the downstream oil & gas industry<br />

You have solid experience in analyzing and interpreting complex operational and financial data from large Oil & Gas downstream assets<br />

We are seeking an Intellectual Property Licensing & Transactions Expert to join our Technology Commercialization Division (TCD).<br />
<br />
TCD&#39;s mission is to maximize value realization from Aramco technologies through internal and external Intellectual Property (IP) commercialization, to address the company&#39;s business and sustainability priorities.<br />
<br />
Your primary role is to develop and execute license agreements to monetize IP and enable deployment across Aramco assets. This important role provides leadership in defining and implementing IP licensing strategies that deliver value, first through deployments in Aramco group business operations, and where applicable, monetization of company-owned IP outside of Aramco or Aramco operations. Working with key stakeholders, you will develop IP and commercialization strategies for each technology project and structure, and negotiate licensing terms with third parties.<br />

<b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />
<br />
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:<br />

Engage with our Research & Development (R&D) organizations to identify and evaluate technology projects for commercialization viability and readiness.<br />
<br />
Lead evaluation and development of IP licensing and commercialization strategies, including market analysis, commercial models, &#39;go-to-market&#39; and deployment strategies.<br />
<br />
Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with technology teams across business domains.<br />
<br />
Lead full life cycle execution of commercial deals, i.e. from third-party selection through authority approvals, deal structuring, negotiations and agreement execution.<br />
<br />
Oversee/manage a Technology portfolio ranging from strategically important, high-value projects to opportunistic technology monetization deals.<br />
<br />
Perform third-party due diligence to minimize technology transactions and external licensing risks.<br />
<br />
Support structuring of various agreements (e.g. JDA&#39;s, JV&#39;s, etc.) focused on acceleration and adoption of key technologies within Aramco operations.<br />
<br />
Perform IP analysis and competitive intelligence to identify patents of high potential value and impact.<br />
<br />
Deliver regular licensing portfolio update briefings to senior management on progress vs plan.<br />
<br />
Deliver IP licensing and commercialization training and awareness workshops to Aramco R&D organizations.<br />
<br />
<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />
<br />
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor&#39;s degree in Science or Engineering discipline. MBA or a relevant industry certification (e.g. Certified Licensing Professional or CLP) is preferred.<br />
<br />
You will have a minimum of 10 years&#39; experience in IP licensing, technology commercialization or business-related technology roles, such as: Technology Licensing, Technology Commercialization or Technology Transfer.<br />
<br />
You should have extensive contract negotiation experience, preferably involving licenses, JV agreements, joint development and exploitation of technology.<br />
<br />
You should also have business development experience involving partners or dealing directly with customers or suppliers.<br />
<br />
A strong background in business-focused technology roles, such as: technical sourcing, customer service, joint development and commercialization of technology is preferred.<br />
<br />
You should also have familiarity with product development, from concept to delivery, IP analysis experience, including market research and competitive intelligence and proven experience in developing business cases for new strategies and products.<br />
<br />
Knowledge and/or training in IP management is also preferred.<br />

The consultant will evaluate the economic attractiveness of various investments including associated risks and impact on the portfolio of the Company's investments<br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><br>You will be required to perform the following: <br> <ul> <li> Conduct reviews of industry business developments, trends and economics </li> <li> Develop a corporate wide view on internal cost of capital and acceptable project returns </li> <li> Provide analysis, evaluation and interpretation in support of projects, processes and financing related to the Company's capital investment decisions </li> <li> Evaluate the economics of complex project proposals including joint venture and/or acquisitions </li> <li> Advise on project economics and risks translating them into financial numbers as part of the evaluation process of investments </li> <li> Develop critical inputs into the investment decision-making process, challenging investment decision assumptions and ensuring investments alignment with the Company's strategic drivers </li> <li> Provide intellectual leadership to Finance business line, leveraging deep knowledge of capital markets, performing ad-hoc analysis requested by executive management </li> <li> Represent the Company at relevant internal and external conferences and seminars, preparing and delivering presentations on subjects related to investments in the energy sector </li> <li> Build and maintain strong relationship with consultancies, industry experts and best-in-class companies, keeping abreast of oil and capital markets developments which could impact the company's competitive performance </li> <li> Assists in the training, coaching and mentorship of junior staff </li> </ul><br><b>Education & Experience Requirements</b><br><br>A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management or Accounting from a recognized and approved program.
